Mayra Soto and Hiram Diaz are entrepreneurs, authors, speakers, and established leaders in the network marketing industry, dedicated to empowering others through entrepreneurship and leadership development. Throughout their careers, they have mentored hundreds of women, helping them expand their businesses internationally and create opportunities beyond their local markets. Their experience spans network marketing, media, public speaking, and business development, including appearances at Eric Worre Studios, television hosting, and publishing a book focused on personal and professional empowerment. As innovators and business owners, they also hold three patents, reflecting their commitment to creativity and entrepreneurship.

 

Together, Mayra and Hiram are passionate about developing future leaders, expanding opportunities, and inspiring others to build successful businesses with lasting impact.

Astrid is a first-generation immigrant, entrepreneur, and network marketing leader with a background in healthcare and advanced degrees in health science and speech-language pathology. In 2019, she entered the network marketing industry with no prior experience and reached the company’s top ranks within just 11 months, allowing her to transition from healthcare into entrepreneurship full-time. Today, she serves as Chief of Staff for Lumo Uniforms and Lumo Print while continuing to expand her leadership in network marketing through her partnership with Farmasi. Passionate about empowering others, Astrid is dedicated to helping people recognize their potential, build confidence, and create greater financial independence and personal freedom.

Vanessa is an entrepreneur, mentor, and founder of VIP Consultants Corp, with a background in nursing, business consulting, and nearly eight years of experience in network marketing. As a wife, mother of two, and bonus mom to two daughters, she values family, meaningful relationships, and the power of community. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to helping others build confidence, recognize their potential, and achieve personal and professional growth. Today, she brings her experience and passion to MVMNT Global, focused on creating opportunities, empowering others, and building a community where everyone can thrive. Rashel Díaz and Carlos García are entrepreneurs, mentors, and Christian leaders who have built a journey rooted in faith, family, and purpose. Rashel brings over 25 years of experience in Hispanic television and is a three-time Emmy Award winner. Carlos, a U.S. Navy veteran and former Miami firefighter-paramedic, experienced a profound personal transformation through his faith. Together, they have developed ventures in real estate, financial services, investments, and network marketing, bringing six years of experience in the industry. Both graduates of Rhema Bible Training College, they now combine their entrepreneurial leadership with a passion for serving others, inspiring personal, spiritual, and financial growth through faith, discipline, and action.

Jay, a U.S. Air Force veteran, bestselling author of Success Psyche, and serial entrepreneur, has built and scaled successful businesses across multiple industries, including a $90 million insurance portfolio. Ximena, a renowned Colombian actress with more than 20 international television productions, transitioned into entrepreneurship over eight years ago, building global organizations with thousands of members and generating over $10 million in reported network marketing results.

 

Together, they founded MVMNT, a global community dedicated to empowering individuals through entrepreneurship, education, leadership, and personal growth. United by a shared vision and a commitment to helping others succeed, Jay and Ximena believe true success extends beyond financial achievements. His background includes 15 years with American Express and ownership and leadership of insurance agencies. He connects teams, solves problems, and creates structure to support business growth.
